All sales of digital e-books are final

Our e-books are digital content delivered instantly. Under EU consumer law, the usual 14-day right of withdrawal ends when delivery starts, as long as you agreed to immediate delivery and confirmed that you know you lose this right. We ask for that consent with a checkbox before checkout — without it the order cannot be completed. For this reason we do not offer refunds once the download is available.

If a file does not work

If a file is damaged, incomplete or cannot be opened, write to contact@blusa.eu with your order number (it starts with “BB-”). We will send you a working file. Your statutory rights for digital content that does not conform to the contract are not affected.

Lost links are not a problem
